OEM Liquidators Sales and Defective Product Exchange Policies

  • Please never assume anything about a product listed for sale. If you have a question or concern please ask before purchasing.
  • Customers are responsible for knowing their limitations and skill level as it applies to computers. OEM Liquidators does not provide technical support as it pertains to the correct usage of the products sold. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine what components they will need for purchase and if they have the skills necessary to utilize them.
  • Within the warranty period, items can be returned for replacement or repair if it is deemed necessary. If the replacement item is not in stock a store credit will be issued. Refunds for defective products are only available within the first 14 days from the date of the invoice (shipping, insurance and handling charges are non-refundable)
  • Any shortages must be reported within 2 working days of receipt. For all defective returns you will need to contact us. Unauthorized and unmarked returns will not be honored.
  • Please have the following information available when requesting to return merchandise: the name the order was placed under, include number, date, item number, serial number, if applicable, and the nature of the problem.
  • All defective returns must be shipped back in the original packaging material and box. Failure to do so may invalidate both the return request and the warranty.
  • You have 14 days from the date the return request is authorized to return the defective item. This 14-day period does not apply to the refund for defective item period, which is 14 days from the date of the invoice.
  • All defective returns must include any cables, driver disks or any other accessories provided with the order.
  • All defective returns must be shipped prepaid. Returns shipped C.O.D. will be refused.
    Refunds and credits are available only after the defective return has been received a verification of product authenticity. 
    Manufacturers warranty is assumed void unless otherwise stated on your Invoice. The OEM Liquidators warranty will be voided at any time if the defective products are not returned in their original condition as sold, matching the specifications and serial numbers for all components contained therein. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as: Storage Devices, Memory, Processors and Network cards. Non-conforming materials will be held for customer to determine if they wish to pay for return shipment of any non-conforming materials. The only other option for non-conforming materials is that the customer may also opt to abandon any non-conforming materials
